Type of Lodging: Gay owned and operated bed and breakfast guest house.

Location:
40 Maryland Avenue, Rehoboth Beach, Delaware 19971. Phone (302) 227-4117. We are two blocks north of Rehoboth Avenue, just off the downtown district, within easy walking distance to all city attractions, as well as the beach.

Transportation:
In general, people arrive here by car, although daily Trailways Bus service is available from Dover and Salisbury. The area is served by U.S. Airways Express to the Salisbury/Ocean City Regional Airport (SBY), which is about 40 minutes south of here in Salisbury, Maryland. The Baltimore- Washington International Airport (BWI) is the next-closest airport, about 2 hours west of here, located in the Baltimore suburbs. Washington National (DCA), Washington Dulles (IAD) and Philadelphia (PHL) airports may also be convenient for your needs.

Rooms:
We have 14 rooms total, each with its own personality. Both private and shared baths are available. We'll be happy to describe them for you and help you make your choice.

Meals:
Your stay includes a complimentary continental breakfast, and a Saturday afternoon wine & cheese party (in-season).

Restaurants:
Restaurants to fit all budgets and tastes are available within a 5 minute walk. Many additional restaurants are a short drive or bus trip away on Route 1, just north of Rehoboth.

Shopping: Rehoboth Beach features an impressive array of enchanting shops within a 5 minute walk of Rehoboth Guest House. In addition, Route 1, north of Rehoboth is home to one of the largest assortment of factory outlet stores on the east coast, with nearly every big-name brand and fashion. You can take the Delaware Resort Transit bus to the outlets if you wish.

Amenities: All our accommodations are individually air conditioned. Rehoboth Guest House features an outdoor sun deck, outdoor cedar showers with plenty of hot water, a tree-shaded back yard to relax in, daily maid service, and newspapers available in the sun room.

Children:
The Guest House does not accept children under 18 years of age.

Smoking:
Smoking is limited to our outside areas, porches, and decks only.

Dates Open:

High Seasons:
We are busiest during the Summer season, especially on holidays, as well as weekends during the months of July, August, and September.

Office Hours:
Our regular business hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. However, we may be able to assist you at other times by appointment.

Check In Time:
After 2:00 p.m.

Check Out Time: 11:00 a.m.

Guest Parking: Guest Parking is provided for those rooms with private bath. City of Rehoboth Beach street Parking Permits are provided for those rooms with shared baths.

Parking - General: Parking permits are required to park your vehicle on the street in non-metered spaces during the Summer season; these are available for purchase from roadside stands set up by the City of Rehoboth Beach (read all the Rehoboth Beach rules.)  To park in a metered space, you must use quarters, whether or not you have a parking permit. Meters are closely monitored every day of the week, from 10:00 a.m. until midnight during the Summer season. Parking is also available in the DelDot Park-and-Ride lot, located just west of the Rehoboth Avenue intersection with Route 1; you can park there and take the bus into town.

Handicapped Access:
Not available at this time.
