Our
Reservation, Deposit, and Cancellation Policies
Minimum Stay: In season,
two days on weekends; three days on holiday weekends.
Cancellation Policy: As
we are a small guest house, we require a credit card at the
time of booking to reserve your room. If you wish to cancel
your reservation, seven days notice is required. Failure
to do so will result in your credit card being charged for 2
nights (3 nights on holiday weekends) if the room is unable
to be re-rented to another guest. In addition, there will
be a $20 processing fee for all cancellations.
Telephoning Us: Rooms
are filled on a first come, first served basis, and tend
to fill quickly during the summer season. For your convenience,
you can either make an online reservation using the "CLICK
HERE" reservation link above, or call the Guest House directly.
Because we are a small guest house, you may reach an answering
machine. We will call you back if you leave your name, area
code, day and evening phone numbers, and the dates you'd
like to stay. Please
